1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProposalBolt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProposalBolt is an AI-powered business proposal generation platform. The Service allows users to create, manage, share, and track professional proposals with automated GST calculations, PDF generation, and AI content assistance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Limited to 3 proposals per month with basic features.
Pro Plan: ₹799/month (or ₹4,999/year) with 30 proposals/month and all premium templates.
Business Plan: ₹1,999/month (or ₹12,999/year) with unlimited proposals, team access, and priority support.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Refunds are available within 7 days of a billing cycle if you have not generated proposals during that period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Proposal content is generated using AI models (Claude by Anthropic). The AI output is a suggestion and should be reviewed before sharing with clients.
ProposalBolt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific business purpose.
You retain full ownership of proposals created using the Service.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models, but we will never share your specific proposal content with third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive proposals.
Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by ProposalBolt.
You retain ownership of all business data and proposal content you create.
Template designs are licensed for use within the Service only.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

ProposalBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
